Judy and Richard’s guests on Diversity Matters are Tomás Leal, Regional Manager with British Petroleum’s (bp) Global Diversity and Inclusion Function, and Lahcen Haddad, Ph.D., a Moroccan national who consults and teaches throughout Morocco, Europe and the Middle East.
Tomás has responsibility for diversity and inclusiveness at bp in Africa, Middle East, Russia and the Caspian Sea. Having worked in this field both within the U.S. and globally for nearly twenty years, Tomás will share his experiences, lessons learned, challenges faced, and thoughts for the future.
