Judy Seidenstein has consulted in the areas of diversity and inclusion, high performance team development, and leadership effectiveness, across North America as well as Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Known for her innovative strategies and her effective and creative approaches to today's most sensitive and controversial workplace issues, Judy led the design, development and delivery of an award winning diversity education portfolio. Under her leadership, Nortel Networks was awarded the Canadian Government's Employment Equity Award of Excellence in 1996 and 1998. Judy has recently accepted the position of Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Duke University & Health Systems where she will continue to fulfill her mission of assisting in the creation of inclusive work environments that maximize effectiveness, innovation, and exceptional employee and customer satisfaction. She brings a strong history of consulting, training, and organizational development expertise to a wide variety of business clients spanning many different industries and is frequently invited to present best practices as well as “lessons learned” to organizations who seek to create more effective and inclusive work environments that leverage the power of diversity |
