We take a break from our summer break to share the story of Holocaust survivor Irving Roth. In living a life of resilience, Mr. Roth invites us to ask “With respect to oppression, are we bystanders or perpetrators? What’s the difference?”  Irving Roth joins co-hosts Judy Seidenstein and Dr. Richard Friend to also examine the subtle and not so subtle signs that ultimately led to the Holocaust and their implication for workplaces and the world at large.
