She specializes in project and program management, particularly in the Human Resources and Training fields.  Amie knows what it takes to deliver a complex project on time, on budget and to the delight of the client.  Managing people and process have been central to her work experience in the financial and high-tech telecommunications industries, particularly her 15 years with Nortel Networks. Amie’s role as Corporate Diversity Advisor, for Nortel Networks initiated her passion for diversity and her appreciation for the impact training can have in changing workplace attitudes.  Amie now applies her knowledge, skills and talents to delighting clients with the successful delivery of large-scale training initiatives.
